We had a great experience at The Pantry! The food was delicious, and even though there was only one server, she was really kind and did a great job keeping up with everything. You could tell she cared and was working hard. Definitely worth a visit!
We finally visited Heartville Pantry and realized we’d been missing out! This place is wonderful, with a cozy vibe and amazing food. Our server, Vicky, was a delight—fun, friendly, and spot-on with her recommendations. We ordered the country fried steak she suggested, and it was fantastic: crispy, tender, and smothered in creamy gravy, served with home fries, sunny-side-up eggs, and toast. Everything was delicious, just as Vicky described. This is now our go-to breakfast spot, and we can’t wait to return!
I have come here for breakfast and for dinner and everything has been really good. They source their food fresh locally and the meats come from the local favorite Duma's. They have gluten free options and the chef is very helpful.
Stopped here for lunch with my family. Great location right downtown. I had been here decades ago when it was completely different ownership. Back then I thought the food was OK, but now the food is great! Everything is made from scratch and you can tell. We got lunch food and everyone was happy with their selections. The prices were fair but higher than you are going to pay at some fast food place, but you are paying for better food and get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and patient with our kids. The atmosphere was trendy but not pretentious. We sat downstairs but there is a balcony upstairs with nice views of the heart of the downtown area. Would definitely recommend and would happily go back again.
A nice place to get a bite to eat. The food was good, fresh and portion size just right for us. Love the charm and character of the building, a little cool inside this winter, but that is to be expected for an older building. Service was friendly and good. Prices are really fair. Definitely a great local spot and convenient location in Hartville. We had dinner the night before their Valentines day seak dinner and probably missed out on a great steak dinner. Will have to go back for a steak dinner.
Very good food that was properly prepared. Wonderful menu choices with a board full of daily specials. Very quaint atmosphere in a very historic building. I could have easily taken a dozen more pics than I did. A little off the beaten path, but that is one of the reasons you should go. Looking forward to more visits soon.
We stopped in for breakfast and it was delicious! The Omelette and Pioneer breakfast were very good. Service was also great! Had to get a box for take home. We most definitely will return!
